Hi Jayant,
If you pursue MBA - full time from FMS, Delhi in finance, you should be fairly certain to get Rs 15+ lakhs per annum job and maybe much higher too, depending upon your candidature.

After MBA, you can only go for Ph.D. You may go for any of the streams in research, so try to find good opportunities in the related field and apply for them.

You should try for shifting into finance department. If your company give options forJob rotation or IJP, then you can go for IJP. Also you can consult your senior and HR department regarding this matter.
