As per your profile as you have already completed your MBA so it would not be advisable to go for a MBA degree again.
As per your query it seems that now you wish to make your career in the field of HR, so as per your profile I would suggest you to look for job in HR field.
Since you are a fresher in HR field you will be getting a entry level job like HR executive, recruitment executive etc, so you should accept this job and work for atleast one year, by this you will know HR department works.
After gaining work experience of one year in HR field you may then opt for MBA in HR through distance education, by this you may easily maintain

Yes, you may surely pursue MBA, as in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, as per your query, I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance tests.
