Hi Shijas,
Ireland or Northern Ireland is a part of UK itself. Overall in UK work permit rules are tough for international students. Possibilities of getting a job could be there if you graduate from a top ranked university like London Business School, however, very challenging.

I am not sure if Ireland has any MBA programmes in health care management, they do have Masters in healthcare management. Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland is a top ranked one and offers M.Sc healthcare management which you can consider over ICRI or Symbiosis.

Hi,
MBA programs require work experience and in Ireland mostly you will find PGDM or MS Business programs for freshers. Talking about the distance education you had prior you have to write to the universities you plan applying to and find out. IGNOU degrees are generally recognised worldwide however always check with the concerned universities directly. Additionally, you must take your IELTS and/or GMAT.

In majority of Irish B-Schools, an overall score of 6.5 is mandatory in IELTS with a minimum of 6 in each section.Your profile is very good. If you can improve your IELTS score, you stand very good chance of getting admission in Irish B-Schools for MBA.

Ireland and India are part of commonwealth nations and both countries accept each other's educational degrees. MBA from Irish government approved university or B-School is acceptable in India for both government and private sector jobs.

Hi Achal, every country is aware of each other's educational system. Not only in Ireland but many countries such as Canada, UK etc offers MBA which lasts for a year. So, don't worry about the credibility, the training provided in one year is good enough to be successful. Remember to check recognition of the program by AACSB,AMBA etc. Ultimately getting a job depends on your own skills and academic performance.
