It all depends on what you want to do with your degree. If you want to pursue a career as a management consultant or you want to pursue an entrepreneurial venture, then an MBA is the better option. An MBA degree gives you better career opportunities. On the other hand, if you want to use your degree to move up the ladder in a corporation, then the PGDM is a better option.

Yes, pursuing an MBA after B.Tech is a great choice for those willing to make a successful career.
