As far as I know, Masters degree maybe better than PG Diploma. The course fees for PG Diploma is less than Masters degree, but the points that you will get are same. Also, decide as per your interest and willingness.

Both the courses are good for pursuing MBA. If you pursue B.Com, then you will have strong common topics like Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Reporting, Business Mathematics, Principles of Marketing, Macroeconomics, Business Environment, Consumer Affairs, Personal Selling, and Salesmanship, Financial Markets and Institutions, International Business, etc. This will add an advantage for you and help you in the entire MBA journey. In BBA, students learn business and education skills. In MBA, the topics are taught more in-depth and have a professional approach and help students to learn management skills.
