I would say Doing an MBA after B.Sc. Can help you jump up the rungs of the ladder at work. You will be able to upgrade your professional skills and enhance your business acumen. You gain an advantage over your peers and have a better shot at promotions or moving ahead. It is good idea to pursue MBA after B.Sc. That totally depends on your interest, skill set and long term goals. No particular specialisation can be good for every single individual. Had it been the case, every private institute would have offered that one specialisation only and every student would have opted for that same. My personal suggestion is Marketing and finance are best one. It's play a major role in business and whatever. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training. Yes why not in fact you should go for a course like MBA it is one of the most sought after courses that people do in today's time. In fact it is one course that has maximum demand in the work industry and now a days almost all the students opt to do an MBA as it gives you an opportunity to get in to administrative jobs directly and even with a good and handsome salary. Yes, Definitely MBA is a great option if you want to go in the business field after doing B.Sc. In biotechnology. MBA is a good option but only for those having interest in marketing, business, management can go for it. It is also 2 years programme. As per my knowledge, You should go for Regular MBA to polish your technical, managerial and soft skills. Make sure that you opt for a university that is reputed, UGC approved that provides good industrial exposure. It should have helping and knowledgeable faculty and does help you with placement assistance. MBA is more about the experience rather than education.
