The answer to this question depends on the way you have prepared, developed, and studied during your course. MBA can be a two-year as well as one-year course. They say if you have the acumen to learn business, MBA can be done by anyone with any background. You can consider School Of inspired Leadership for a one-year course. It has a really good curriculum and as it is a consortium of major Indian companies the average package has been constantly going up.

An MBA can definitely fast track your carree if done front a reputed b school. Although there is no pre - defiend rule but
few good options of MBA after B.Sc. Could be- MBA in marketing
- MBA in operations
Also there is option to specialize in niche segments like agribusiness, forest management ( IIFM Bhopal). Try to pursue in demanding specializations ( HR/ marketing/operation ). Best wishes.

School of inspired leadership has been among the best one year course providing institute for over a decade now. Its always a win win situation for a student with a prior professional experience at SOIL. As a student at SOIL, one thing I can assure you, your caliber decides where you go. I have seen people join with a CTC of 3.6LPA and leave the course with 16-17LPA as CTC. Keeping motivating things apart. SOIL averages around 10LPA with the highest package 17 LPA.

Hello Partha, it's very nice to hear from you that you are working but still are interested in doing MBA. I would look at the issue on different perspective. Convenience. I feel that you should download the brochure cum application form of IGNOU. It offers wide variety of subjects for MBA. Best wishes to you.
