Entrance exam like CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT, etc. Is mandatory to take admission in the full time MBA programme from any college/university. Work experience only increases your probability of getting selected. You may do part-time or distance MBA from any university like IGNOU, Pondicherry, etc. Without giving any entrance.

MBA is a professional course which gives you more job opportunities and career exposure. Thus, Age doesn't matter for the MBA considering if at this age you are in a job or have prior work experience in either case it benefits you.

Yes, you can. Considering you are doing MBA not PGDM. An your minimum aggregate of marks is not less than 55% in MBA.

It depends on the situation you are going to be in coming days. If you are looking for a job and want to do an MBA on the side, then Distance MBA will be better, and also the cost is less. If you are going with Distance MBA then, my personal recommendation is Kazian School of Management because their courses are affordable and comprehensive. I suggest you to do MBA from good b school and then prepare for government exam along with job. Banking could be a suitable government exam to target. MBA in marketing or finance could be a suitable specializations.
