As being from GEM (GeneralEnggMale) candidate the chances of getting a call for above scores are highly impossible but scene changes from category to category. If belongs to SC the possibility are 5060% in case of new iims. If ST the possibility of getting IIM-A, C depends on candidates availability)y for that particular year. ( previous IIM-A intake has gone low to 38percentile)IIM-A admits ST students at 38 percentile CAT score
If PD (general) the case is same as ST but percentile required would be high say 9798percentile should make it. Most of new iims even set a min 60% in 12th now a days which makes your chances less. But 50% still don't set any 12th cut off. Note: Be it any IIM (Old 0r New), the performance at What/PI will be the deciding factor for shortlisting. MBA in Hospital Management is a 2- year full- time program spread over 4 semesters. Minimum required eligibility for this course is graduation with a minimum aggregate score of 50% in any specialization such as BA, B. Com, B. Sc., MBBS, BPT, B. Pharm, BE, B. Tech, BDS etc.
MBA Hospital Management admission takes place through MBA Entrance Exams like CAT, XAT, MAT etc. The program is available in distance format from colleges like IGNOU and the average fees is around INR 13,000 to 60,000
The average tuition fee charged for this course in India ranges between INR 1 to 7.5 lacs. Successful postgraduates of the course in the country are offered an average annual salary ranging between INR 2,35,000 and 5,50,000 from their MBA Jobs.
There are many career scope after this stream like Health Finance Managers or Hospital Administrators and the salary is around INR 6,00,000 to INR 9,00,000
The following are the minimum criteria of eligibility needing to be fulfilled by candidates aspiring to take admission to the course:
Graduation in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Candidates must have the graduation degree from a recognized university.
Graduation in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate for SC/STs/other backward classes
Qualifying any of CAT, XAT, MAT or GMAT.
