If you are good in communication and interested in coordination with people so you can go for marketing. If you have tendency of good accountability so you have a chance in finance but I suggest you HR only one condition when your English proficiency is very good so u can choose HR. No, you can not pursue Ph.D right after doing a PGDM or PGPM course for that you must have an MBA degree. After PGDM or PGPM you have to do an MBA for a Ph.D. That's the only drawback of PGDM and PGPM.

Is it worth joining? NIBM is a decent college. The college helps the students well with the theoretical & practical exposure as well. Guest lectures are organized by many reputed and experienced practitioners from the banking and finance industry.
