Hi,
It is very important to concentrate while filling up forms. You might loose out on opportunities if detail do not match with the original documents. You can send an email or a written application to the authorities and request to change the credentials but there is a very weak chance of getting this through.

Hello,
You have completed graduation in retails and logistics, so you must already know how much this degree is in demand and what are the career aspects of it. On the other hand, MBA is widely accepted and reliable career and in India managers get sky high packages. My suggestion would be to prepare for the CAT exam and do MBA.
