Hi,
You have to appear for all India entrance CAT. On the basis of CAT score, candidates are shortlisted for what and personal interview. As part of the eligibility criteria for MBA in IIT Delhi, a candidate must possess a Four-Years Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 60 percent aggregate or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point scale in their graduation.

There is no such Hindi minority quota that MBA/MS colleges approve or undertake. It is normal counselling and interview process that is held and without discrimination based on Hindi minority as such.

Hello,
You should apply for Scholarship Exam, then you will get scholarship according to your ranks or marks you have scored in this exam, or if any how you cannot get scholarship the go for education loan, then repay that after you get the job.

On completion, if you get a job for your profile, you can apply for tier 2 visa for 5 years. You can google and see tier 2 sponsors list. You will get big pdf file get downloaded. You can apply for any suitable job in those company you are eligible to apply for tier 2 visa for 5 years.
