I would suggest you to go for MBA if you don't like your job, or for better opportunities. If you stay with UG you might not get better opportunities further.

Hi Pallavi, For that you've to be more specific about the area or from which region you want to do the MBA. As there are many universities and colleges who are providing the facility for distance courses.

Well since you are already working in Sales and Marketing profile so I guess it will be difficult for you to pursue MBA in a regular curriculum otherwise I Would have suggested you go for regular course. However if you cannot do a regular course, you can search Symbiosis university Distance MBA programme or some Government university distance learning programme. Also for your knowledge you can do some certificate courses that will help you in your profile as for the time being.

Hi, People use the words B School and College interchangeably so don't get confused. IFIM is a good B school specially for Finance specialistion. The placements are average and totally depends on your performance. If you don't have any other options for Finance then you can go for IFIM. As mentioned the avg package is 5-5.5L.

Well your graduation score being less than 50%, your application will hardly be shortlisted for any good college. However if you want to take admission then you need to search for such colleges that accept such low scores. Do you have any other extra qualification?

There are UGC NET exam is organized for the candidates who want to become assistant professor or junior research fellowship also called JRF. As you have completed the M.Sc. You are eligible to apply for UGC NET Exam for lectureship. If you want to apply for JRF, make sure that you are under 30 years old.
