MBA (IT) Eligibility:
Should be a BE/B.Tech with a minimum of 60% marks or
should be M.Sc in CS or M.Sc in IT, M.Sc (Electronics), MCA with a minimum of 60% marks.

No, you won't be allowed to admit in degree without passing class 12th. Clear those subjects in Supplementary exams, and then only you'll be eligible to pursue degree.

For Delhi Institute of Management and Services, the fee for MBA is as follows:
As you can see, Distance MBA fee is very affordable as compared to the full-time MBA programme from the same college. If the fee for the regular MBA is Rs 5-15 Lacs, the fee for Distance MBA is only around Rs.1 Lacs.

IGNOU MBA guidelines: The MBA programme consists of 21 courses in all. The fee for each course is Rs. 1500/- (I. E. Total Fees Is 21 x 1500 = Rs. 31500).
