Yes, you can go for MBA after B.Sc with any of the specializations as the eligibility criteria for taking admission in MBA is:
Pass with 60% marks in your Bachelors degree + you have to write an entrance test and an interview, it may vary with the university you choose.
You can go for MBA in different streams like:

MBA (Hospital and Health care management)
MBA (international Business)
MBA (Tourism and Hospitality)
MBA (supply chain and logistics)
MBA (Financial markets)
MBA (Banking and insurance)
or you can go for MBA (Hons.)

I am a current student of PGDM-IB programme at Fore. Fore is one of the few colleges in India offering PGDM in International Business. The curriculum is aligned to the requirements of the industry and is regularly modified according to the needs of the industry. Also another thing to highlight is that all the faculty members if International Business are MIB qualifies (Masters in International Business). PGDM-FM is another programme at Fore wherein one of your specialization has to be Finance and other of your choice. It basically depends on your interest, if interested in Finance, you can go for PGDM-FM and if interested in International Business, you can go for PGDM-IB.
