70 percentile is not a very good score. You can consider applying to institutes such as Dalmia, SIES, MET Chetana, IES Lala, Atharva, Vivekanand, St Francis, and Durgadevi Saraf.

Good colleges (AICTE Affiliated) need minimum 50 % in Graduation. CAT/MAT ideally should be around 50 percentile to get a call from good college.
