Yes, you are eligible for pursuing MBA from a regular college but you can only pursue it after completing your BBA. You cannot pursue two professional courses together.

If you are already working go for distance MBA and if you are studying, you should go for normal MBA.

You need to apply for UGC NET exam and after clearing it you can apply in various Universities for Ph.D. programme. Details of NET exam you can get from UGC site. But if you wish to apply without exam then you may not get good University for same as after clearing exam you will become eligible for fellowship. Otherwise universities best for doing Ph.D. are Delhi University, Panjab University etc.

You will eligible for TUM if you have more than 90 percentile in GATE examination or you have the scorecard of GMAT or GRA.

Well, it depends on the universities that you are looking for because different universities have different eligibility criteria. So, depending on your graduation marks and your score in GMAT you will be eligible for MBA in Germany. All the best.
