Yes, BIMM is best.
Reasons :
1) Infrastructure (Audi, 6 computer labs, amazing big library)
2) Faculty: experienced professionals teaches us. We have faculty having 20+ years of experience in industry.
3) Curriculum: updated course every year, as per the requirement of industry
4) Placement: marketing batch is almost done with highest of 14 and lowest INR. 4.5 lacs package.
Finance, operations, analytics, systems 70% students placed from PKG ranging from INR. 5.5 lac to INR. 14 lac with average of 6.75.
5) Best in terms of ROI.
6) You will be have 200+ guest lecture from industry from VP's to directors visiting college. And, sharing their exp

It is very good to pursue MBA after B.Tech. You can pursue your MBA in different streams. And, if you want to pursue MBA after B.Tech in ECE, then it makes sense to pursue a course that starts off from where you left in B.Tech. An MBA in Telecom Management is a tailor-made course for ECE graduates. Because the course aims to develop world-class Telecom business leaders. It imparts technical knowledge as well as Managerial knowledge. In simple terms, you learn about technology and at the same time the business perspective of that technology. Hope this helps you.

Although, a candidate with a Bachelor's degree is eligible. But, distance degree is considered eligible or not, is not mentioned on the official website. I would rather advise you to get your doubts cleared by contacting the institute directly.

Yes, of course you need to pay the fees, if you are pursuing MBA from a government college. You would get concession in the fees based on scholarship.

So, to take admission for MBA, the graduation percentage should be greater than 50%, if you are from Open Category. And, if you are from cast then percentage should be greater than 45%. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
