You have to give IPU CET for MBA. You need around a minimum of 50% of marks in your graduation. But the main this is the rank which you get in IPU CET. If you are from outside Delhi then you need a top rank for colleges as the number of seats for outside Delhi candidate are very low. The minimum academic requirement is very high in Concordia, plus you will require a valid and good GMAT score. I would suggest you email them before applying, I think they will allow you to apply but admission chances are doubtful if other applicants have a better profile than you. You must submit excellent essays and some very strong recommendation letters.
