No it's not mandatory to do MBA. If you have got a job after BBA and you are satisfied with that job then you don't have to do MBA.

Go for next MAT or coming year CAT for a healthy score, so that you do not need to ask this. Nobody can predict the situation of placement in an average B School. In our college, the placement officer (whose corporate hold was satisfactory or not bad) suddenly got a better offer and quit our college and we were in unfathomable deep and next one was unable to bring the core job profile and students were foisted in bulk hire and fire profile. So, be clever before investment. Try for a healthy score card and chase tier 1 of MAT/CMAT.

I will recommend you JIMS-Rohini, sector 5, as it is approved by AICTE AIU and accredited by NAAC and NBA. It means, it's PGDM degree is equivalent to MBA degree, so you can pursue further courses in future as well. They offer live project and summer internship opportunity to the students, so that students can understand the corporate world in a better way and get to know that how the things can be managed. Hey,
Since, you are giving MAT in May result of which will be out by May end. Also, admission is subject to following at that time:
1.Vacant seats if any as May is too late for admission by then generally they are done with admissions process by that time
2. Your MAT score and your performance in GD/PI.
