MAT is the better option for you. For internship, companies don't really come, but it is easy to find internship as an NIT student.

PIMR is a below average college. As far as placement is concerned, average package is approximately INR. 3 lpa and the highest INR.7 LPA.

Both the things are completely different, so you need to make a pros and cons list to clear your thoughts. As per my knowledge you should do full time MBA, because there you learn a lot more things and also your experience will also get counted in so many colleges.

Some of the prominent colleges for pursuing MBA/it is equivalent degree in Hyderabad are ISB (also ranked among the top in India), IBS (second best), NMIMS, and IMT.
