Canada, Australia and New Zealand are three most popular countries with fantastic PGDM programmes with student friendly policies that is stay back period. It is difficult to further comment on which is the best. Narrow down according to your budget, where you want to settle, university requirements, climate and language preferences etc. Also, do check the labour shortage list of all countries and have an idea about professions which have better opportunities than others.

One of the eligibility criteria for getting into Executive MBA is that you should have at least 3 years of working experience. Since you have already cleared that criterion, you can go forward and start applying for Executive MBA programs.
