The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics /Accounts areas then M.Com would be a better option However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.

MBA finance could be the right option for you Provided you are keen on having a career in Finance. This qualification can give you career options in Banks, NBFCs, Credit rating agencies, AMC. Capital market, IB, PE, Micro finance, Financial planning, academics, accounts, corporate finance. An MBA finance professionals are also among the higher paid professionals.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Pharma is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. A B.Pharma graduate can get job opportunity in pharmaceuticals industry in sales, QC, manufacturing or operations. One can also join a Hospital or online pharmacy chain in a varaity of roles. A lot of FMCG companies also hire B.Pharma graduates for the drugs that their OTC drugs manufacturing

Yes, you can go in for MBA after MCA. This decision should depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then an MBA may not be of much help to you. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

You could go for BBA. And if you have MBA, it would be somewhat have higher scope of getting jobs. Or, you may take both (Integrated) in one institute.
