Careers after M.Sc. Biotechnology can be broadly divided in to 3 categories:
Research Jobs:
R & D Jobs in Companies
R & Jobs in government Labs
Academic Jobs in Pvt as well as government Colleges & Universities
QA / QC Jobs
Clinical Research Jobs
Production Jobs in Pharma Industry
PhD Studentship / Fellowships followed by a Job
BT industry is a knowledge-intensive industry thus my suggestion will be to go for a Ph.D. However, it is totally an individual's choice too. Also, see a related question that I have mentioned for further studies after M.Sc/MBA:

In India, there are numerous students every year coming out as freshers with their Masters in Business Administration degree. The scope is higher but all you need is the skills and abilities to sustain yourself in the market. You will do MBA just like others but you have to be out of the box and that will help you get higher scopes.

It is one of the reputed institutes and therefore, the placements would also be higher compared to the other institutes. MBA in hotel and tourism management is the trending course nowadays so you should definitely focus on the same and keep going for the further success.

Hi,
Doon Business School is one of the good colleges. Academics and infrastructure are good here. But the same varies from person to person. Placements are average here. For updated information on the placements, get in touch with the current students or alumni. You can also drop an email to the college for more clarification.
Regards.
