As per your query it seems that you have completed graduation and wish to know about further career options.
So as per your profile you may surely consider pursuing MBA, in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
