I am currently pursuing my MBA in finance. The prospects look fine to me. In fact, after my first year of training I have got a job, so I have started working while attending my sessions. I would suggest finance.

MBA and PGDM are equivalent course. Why do you want to do PGDM after MBA. It is recommended that you opt for PhD if you to study further in the field of Management.

In your initial working days probably you will do marketing only for the bank or NBFCs. If you had taken finance then you can only sell credit cards, loans, etc.while in the case of marketing you can do any type of marketing.
If you are looking for desk job where in you can seat in an AC office then you are wrong. All of this includes intensive field work.
Later, you can work as credit manager or assistant manager of bank or you can even work for share market trading company but all of these includes marketing and finding new customers in field.

Yes, It is worth the risk. If you decide to do an MBA from a reputed school, you will not have to worry about paying back loan. You will lend yourself a comfortable job and will be able to pay your loan back within five years. However please note that this will depend on what college you choose and how you perform in that college.

Good to know that you choose GEMS B School .
Healthcare Management and Hospital Administration are the rapid growing industry today.
yeah you will be getting salary while working in hospital.
As a fresher,you can expect salary in somewhere between 10k to 15k.
Its all depend on your skill and calliber.
You will be getting placement in any one of the hospital,that they are tieup with.

Totally depends on how you perform at interview and how much salary the company willing to offer. The colleges mentioned above have average salaries aroubd 4-6lacs. So you need to be above average in all sectors to get best job.
