Hi,
Yes, you can do MA after MBA.
Any graduate student can apply for an MA in Politics & International relations.
I would suggest - you first set up your mind - what exactly you want to do as career.
Accordingly choose the Subjects.

Admission for MA is based on your Bachelors. Most of the colleges ask for Bachelors in the same subject with minimum 50%. If you have this, then you can do this course without any doubt.

Yes, MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. However keeping you interest areas in mind you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of one's interest areas are much higher.
Since you have work experience, you have the following options :
1. Pursue full time 2 years MBA
2. Purse Executive MBA, duration 16-18 months
3. Purse part time MBA, duration 3 years
4. Pursue distance MBA, duration 2 -2.5 years.
