TISS does not offer an MBA programme. It offers the following courses M.A. In HRM & LR disaster management and many more. You can check on the TISS website. MBA with a concentration in Human Resources programme curriculum is mainly focused on business. Students enrolled in this programme take a certain number of business courses which give them a broad base of knowledge of how all the parts of a modern business operate and work together. M.A. In Human Resources and Labour Relations in TISS, Mumbai is a highly specialised course in Human Resources as compared to an MBA where you study basic management and choose HR as a specialisation.

Talking in terms of scope of International Business as compared to Marketing and Finance, yes you will end up in a good company with handsome package depending on the type of the college from which you are passed out. And we specifically talk about getting a job in IB domain would be like in every company you hardly need 1% of people for International Business domain so you can check your chances of ending up in hardcore IB job. But saying that every IB pass out can get a job which a marketing and ops person look like their dream job. You would be having a plethora of choices ranging from general marketing or sales manager to a spec

Yes, you can do MA after MBA.
Any graduate student can apply for an MA in Politics & International relations.
I would suggest - you first set up your mind - what exactly you want to do as career.
Accordingly choose the Subjects.
