Talking in terms of scope of International Business as compared to Marketing and Finance, yes you will end up in a good company with handsome package depending on the type of the college from which you are passed out. And we specifically talk about getting a job in IB domain would be like in every company you hardly need 1% of people for International Business domain so you can check your chances of ending up in hardcore IB job. Yes, you can do MA after MBA.
Any graduate student can apply for an MA in Politics & International relations.
I would suggest - you first set up your mind - what exactly you want to do as career.
Accordingly choose the Subjects.

1. Pursue full time 2 years MBA
2. Purse Executive MBA, duration 16-18 months
3. Purse part time MBA, duration 3 years
4. Pursue distance MBA, duration 2 -2.5 years.

TISS doesn't offer MBA in Healthcare & Hospital management but TISS is known for 2 courses which are very demanding in Healthcare industry of India.
