In case you intend to work in India, then MBA from India is good. However, if you intend to settle overseas, then MBA from abroad will be more preferred. You first need to divide your career objective & long-term life goals and then keeping them in mind, decide the way forward.

Europe is actually easier from the visa point of view. I only say easier because once you get the job, the visa is not subject to a variable not under your control. No lottery if you find an employer willing to grant you a visa. However, to find such an employer, there are two factors that have to be considered:
The school you attend: I am at INSEAD and not a single employer has put a visa restriction so far. The school attracts employers large enough to sponsor visas, and hungry enough for the best talent to have the motivation to sponsor them. LBS from my understanding is the same, I cannot comment on IE. From my understanding of Euro

Yes, you can do MBA after B.A Political Science. And MBA as usual hold a good market value. There is quite a demand of MBA students. And, MBA with political science is a good combination. So, you can go on for doing MBA.
All the best.

An MBA is a better (much better) option than an M.Sc. Because:
(1) It has more marketability better jobs
(2) Larger alumni network better resources
(3) More flexibility. For e.g. several top schools such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale etc. Allow applicants to apply during their final year. A school such as ISB allows applicants to apply either during undergraduate programme, with less than 2 years of work experience or with more than 2 years of work experience. This literally makes an M.Sc. Or an MiM a redundant degree. Hope this helps.
