Students enrolled in this programme take a certain number of business courses which give them a broad base of knowledge of how all the parts of a modern business operate and work together. M.A. In Human Resources and Labour Relations in TISS, Mumbai is a highly specialised course in Human Resources as compared to an MBA where you study basic management and choose HR as a specialisation.
