Hello,It depends upon the college you wish to pursue MBA from. Sometimes it's not enough since the companies during internships and final placements consider only those having scored 60% and above.

Hi Samreen, First of all, to appear for the NET exam, you need to complete post-graduation degree, which is minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the UGC NET exam. The UGC NET exam is held twice a year for the selection of candidates for lectureship and JRF. The candidates can apply for their post-graduate subject or its related subjects only. The UGC NET exam includes two paper. Paper 1 is common for all the subjects while paper 2 consists of questions related to your post-graduation subject only. TISS does not offer an MBA programme. It offers the following courses M.A. In HRM & LR disaster management and many more. You can check on the TISS website. MBA with a concentration in Human Resources programme curriculum is mainly focused on business. Students enrolled in this programme take a certain number of business courses which give them a broad base of knowledge of how all the parts of a modern business operate and work together. M.A. In Human Resources and Labour Relations in TISS, Mumbai is a highly specialised course in Human Resources as compared to an MBA where you study basic management and choose HR as a specialisation.

Hi,I think it is a very good idea if you are doing it after MBA, because you are a qualified IAS officer and I don't think it is date ultimately it's your experience which counts you can definitely join the good Institute and start preparing for the exam there are many people who give exam after Masters MBA etc.

Hi, The placements for any MBA students is done irrespective of their branches they have taken in their UG, except few companies looks for some domain specialisation. On the whole, it's common for all the MBA graduates with any kind of Graduation. All the best.

To get a decent Job after just doing a regular BA is tough. You should also do some additional course / Diploma / B.Ed / MBA etc., so that you get a good job.
