The cutoff for MBBS admissions can vary each year and depends on factors such as the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the overall performance of the applicants in the entrance examination. To find the latest cutoff for MBBS admissions, I recommend checking the official websites of the respective medical colleges or universities where you are interested in applying. These websites often publish cutoff ranks or scores for different categories (such as General, OBC, SC, ST, etc. ). Based on the previous year's admissions. You have to score high marks in NEET exam and choose a government medical college for MBBS at low cost. If you can't score high in NEET then you can go to Russia, China, etc., to pursue MBBS at a low cost.
Good luck.
