No, the Perm State Medical University MBBS tuition fee is not less than Ural SMU. The tuition fee at PSMU changes annually. MBBS tuition fee at PSMU is INR 4.8 L, while an MBBS from Ural costs INR 4.4 L.

Despite that, Perm State graduates are offered a higher average salary of around RUB 30,450-RUB 104,500 (INR 32.8 K-INR 1.12 L) per month in comparison to USMU graduates who are only known to be offered internships over the duration of their studies on a salary ranging between INR 1.01 L per month

The fee structure for the five-and-a-half-year undergraduate MBBS degree can be affordable in AIIMS Gorakhpur since a student is expected to pay around ?5,293 to cover registration, tuition, hostel rent, and other miscellaneous fees like lab fees. In private medical colleges, the charges are very high, while the cost of pursuing the MBBS degree at AIIMS Jodhpur is highly affordable. Therefore, the total tuition fees for the entire five years of the MBBS programme will be approximately INR 6,000 to INR 7,000, and that annually it would be INR 1,628. Similarly, hostel accommodation, mess charges, and other facilities available will also be minimal along with being subsidized. It is cheap because AIIMS is a government institution that seeks to offer high-quality medical education at low costs.
