Don't waste your money. You can choose Russia instead of Nepal. It is way better and best to pursue MBBS in India.

For admissions you must meet the admission requirement which differ with the colleges, generally applicants must have passed in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually and minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a minimum aggregate of 50% marks at the 10+2 level or equivalent examination.
