No, you are not eligible for the CAPF quota for MBBS in West Bengal 2024 if you are a retired CRPF person residing in AP:

The CAPF quota for MBBS is only available to wards, widows, or wives of defense personnel from the Army, Navy, or Air Force.

Wards of civilians or civilians working in AFHQ/MoD, DRDO, or wards of personnel from Para Military/CAPF are not eligible.

The facility is only available to one member of the family once in a lifetime.

To register for the CAPF quota, you must select "YES" when asked if you belong to the CRPF/BSF category.

In order to seek admission through WB NEET UG counselling, candidates need to participate in the Registration process, followed by fee payment. Verification of documents is essential to participate in the counselling. The next step is choice filling and locking, which will be followed by seat allotment process. Candidates who have been allocated a seat in the counselling of West Bengal NEET 2025 should report to the respective institute for confirmation of admission.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still, you may try in the government seat under state quota but there are more chances for BDS.
