With an All India Rank (AIR) of 1907796 in NEET, it can be challenging to secure admission to government medical colleges in India. However, there are still options available for pursuing MBBS. Here are a few suggestions:
Private Medical Colleges: Many private medical colleges in India offer MBBS programs. While the fees may be higher compared to government colleges, they may have lower cutoff ranks, making it more accessible. Some popular private medical colleges include Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (Chennai), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (Manipal), and Kasturba Medical College (Manipal).

Certainly! Securing 484 marks in NEET 2023 is a commendable accomplishment. However, it's important to keep in mind that the marks-to-rank data can fluctuate each year due to factors such as the difficulty level of the NEET question paper, aspirants' level of preparation, and the total number of students taking the exam.

Based on the previous year's data, with a rank ranging between 19000 to 22000, you have good chances of getting admission to certain state-level government colleges, state-level private colleges, and some private colleges in other states. Considering your category as EWS (Economically Weaker Section), the probability of

With 193 marks, you won't be able to get a seat in any government or private medical colleges as there cut off is usually above 550.

However, you do have a chance in getting admission to the following deemed universities in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, based on the previous year cut off-

1. Shri Sathya Sai Medical College, Kanchipuram- 173

3. ACS Medical College, Chennai- 168

4. Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad- 167

5. Sri Lakshmi Narayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry- 152

Since 2020, the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam had been replaced with NEET for admission to the MBBS programme. Hence, the admission to MBBS programme at AIIMS Delhi and all the other AIIMS campuses will solely be based on the marks scored by the candidates in the NEET exam.

With this score you have less chance to get admission in 15% quota seats & 85% quota seats for both. But you can try for private colleges.

I hope you're doing well. It is very difficult for you to get MBBS course at this rank. You may try for BDS in private dental college. Although, it depends on your category. If you're from General Category then it's hard.

If you're from OBC or SC/ST category then you may get chance to get into some private colleges.

Let us look at the previous year trends for MBBS:

According to your rank, you can look into various medical colleges of different states of India. It would have been better if you mentioned your rank and category.
