MCA Eligibility

To get admitted to the MCA programme at NIT Trichy, students must have a minimum 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA in BSc/BSc (Hons)/BCA/BIT with Mathematics/Statistics/Equivalent as one of the disciplines. Students who have completed a BE/B Tech or similar degree from a qualified university may also apply for this course. Candidates from the SC/ST categories, on the other hand, are eligible for a 5% relaxation. These candidates must acquire a minimum of 55% or 6.0 CGPA in their respective graduations. Candidates will be shortlisted for subsequent rounds of selection based on their eligibility.

To get admitted to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course at Graphic Era University, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 60.0% in graduation with the requirements of 12th class being a mandatory subject of Mathematics and in graduation a mark of 60%.Candidate must have a complete Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA/B.Sc IT/ BSC Computer Science with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute.
