40% marks in Part II with Psychology as an optional at BA./BMR, M.Ed/ M.A (Education)/ M.Sc (Home Science)/ Diploma in Child Psychology or Industrial Psychology.
*But if you are already working as a software engineer, changing your field to psychology won't be a wise decision.

MCA is a good choice, but without waiting for next year, I would suggest that you pursue a professional training in the field of either programming, Cloud computing or IT infrastructure whichever area you like the most.

You can also do some short-term Certification/Diploma courses to gain some more skills after BCA as it adds extra weightage to your CV/Resume and you will learn many new things & improve it.
You can also opt for MBA /M.Sc IT.
You can also do freelancing from your place. There are several online sites offer freelancing work like Freelancer- Hire & Find Jobs, etc.
Last but not least, you can start studying or learn stuff to improve your skills and gain knowledge at home by self-studying from books and internet like learning different prgramming languages, software development, web development, etc.

MBA+MCA at the same time is not possible. You can go for one course as full time and other as part time or distance. But I din;t get you why you want to do both the courses together. No point in doing together as one time. Both are PG courses. You can opt for one after looking at your interest.

The entrance exam that is used for admission in IITs for MCA is called IIT JAM (JOINT ADMISSION TEST FOR MCA/ M.Sc and other similar post graduate courses)
The Eligibility is to have at least 55% aggregate marks in the Bachelor's degree.
