B.Tech-M.Tech is better option in comparison to B.Sc MCA because it will lead to higher qualification as M.Tech is a higher degree in comparison to MCA. Secondly M.Tech will make you a specialist engineer. Thirdly you can also chose MBA after B.Tech for a better career.

Eligibilty for MCA is
Any Bachelor degree from the University of Delhi with at least one paper in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research) under annual mode/at least two papers in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research) in semester mode or an equivalent degree.
Check for the subjects if you have studied in the said combination then only you are eligible otherwise not.

MCA is a job oriented post graduation degree and is treated equivalent to B.Tech CSE. Currently Indian IT industry is in slow decline phase because of outcry against outsourcing in Western countries and increasing restrictions on working visas. But still there are good opportunities for brilliant students. Indian IT companies hires majority of fresher through campus recruitment. Those students who do not get job in campus placement face lot of challenges in getting good job. Therefore, you are advised to seek admision in MCA in college with excellent campus placement.
