Currently, both MCA and MBA have good scope and opportunities. If you are technically oriented and good at programming, then you may opt for MCA else MBA. Whether you do MCA or MBA choice of university will major criterion for your career growth. You are advised to do PG from top university only where there is not only good academic environment but also an excellent placement records.

As of date MBA graduate get better salary in comparison to MCA graduates. If salary is the only criterion to compare, you may opt for BCA-MBA.

No doubt, MCA is better than M.Sc. M.Sc is for 2 years while MCA is for 3 years. As both are technical courses so 1 year extra is advantage and company in placement prefer MCA candidate over M.Sc candidate. But if you have good skills and good knowledge about your subjects which you have studied in graduation, then you can go for M.Sc.

Depends whether you are hired on campus or off-campus. On campus students can get a package of 3 to 3.5 lakhs while the off campus one can get a package of 2.4 to 2.8 lakhs per annum.

M.Sc computer science has more theoretical base in comparison to MCA which has more emphasis on applications development programming. MCA graduates are employable on applications projects easily. Indian IT industry is primarily an application development and maintenance support industry. Therefore, MCA graduates are better accepted in India IT industry over M.Sc CS graduates.

You are not eligible to seek admission in M.Tech as you have to be a B.Tech or MCA to seek admission in M.Tech. It is recommended that you opt for MCA lateral entry and do specialized short term courses on Cyber Security and also obtain Cyber Security certifications.
