MBA is the best one. Already you have technical knowledge of IT. So, instead of doing MCA if you do MBA it will add more to your career. MBA is all about business and how to look after a business. Almost all IT firms nowadays are looking for technical + Management knowledge. So, it is better pursue MBA Instead of MCA or LLB.

Hello Shailshree,
Apologies for the late reply. MCA is a good option if you're really interested in the technical and coding field. MBA in HR is apt if you want to make a career in the management field. So it depends on where your interest lies and career goals. Salary prospects wise, MBA is better than MCA but only if done from a reputed B-School.

You can not seek admission in MCA based on the "O" and "A" level certification. Any graduate who has maths as a subject in 10+2 is eligible to seek admission in MCA.
