See no college can guarantee placements for you, if you yourself is not eligible for it. You have to build your internal capacities to get along with a placement. You can find various central universities providing Computer Application courses.

It is totally dependent on you. Both are very good courses with very good scope. But try to choose the field in which you love to work and you have very much interest in it with curiosity, it will be very much beneficial to you than any other fields. Don't follow the craze, scope and popularity, it keeps on changing, but the field of your interest.
