If you want to join as a professor in private college than I suggest you to select MCA because there are so many college of MCA and they hire MCA students as BCA faculty.
B.Ed. is also a good option but first check that your state government hires computer teachers in government schools or not. If yes the do B.Ed.
M.Sc. in IT and MCA, both are applied subjects, so both have same market value but it's my personal suggestion that MCA is beneficial. After this, prepare for NET examination to get job in a government college as an associate professor.

Both are equally good. The MBA people are more known for their business tactics and they help in uplifting the business organization of the company. MCA people grab the technology part to cope up with the company's business needs. They both accentuate a company's profits. Quantum School of Business is one such reputed college that provides MBA program.
