Usually, all institutes offer admission in MCA on the basis of entrance test results. However, you may try and check with some of the private colleges near your location.

You need to pursue 3 years MCA after completing B.Com. Only BCA students in some universities are given the lateral entry in second or third semester directly.

If you are good in programming then go for MCA otherwise MBA is best, but I personally suggest you for MBA because it has good opportunities than IT field.
