Most universities, especially the private ones, offer good placements and placement assistance to students. Some even offer scholarships to students.

If you want to pursue career in technology then BCA-MCA is very good career option. MBA IT will prepare you for Pre-Sales support , Account Management and Business Analysis in IT industry. But you will compete with normal MBA from good colleges for these roles. At the start of career MBA IT is better paid then MCA but in long run both careers are equally good and paying.

Nowadays for fresh MCAs to get job directly is very difficult as most of IT industry vacancies are filled by campus placement. I will recommend that you do MCA for Institute which has good placement record. You may further do short mobile application development courses to increase your employability.

Both M.Sc CS & MCA are equally good courses. M.Sc CS students have very good theoretical background of Computer Science subjects whereas MCA students have very good exposure on Computer Applications. Indian IT industry's primarily business and major revenue is from Application Development and Support projects because of which MCA graduates has minor edge over M.Sc graduates. I will suggest you evaluate and select degrees based on Institutes reputation, brand image and placement record.
