Hi Kumar,
If your degree granting institution is accredited by UGC-DEC or NAAC , universities abroad will accept your degree. Your degree and institution must be accredited and recognized. Also, for MBA you must have prior work experience and there is no MCA abroad. You can pursue MS in a relevant field. Hope this helped.

In Pune, there are number of colleges offering regular MCA course like Sinhgad, Fergusson, MITCOM and few others but I am not sure about part time MCA. I would suggest you to go for regular MCA if possible.

Since you are done with your graduation in CS, you may go ahead with MCA but MBA in IT is a good choice as well. However, course fee does matter here.
