Eligibility Criteria-
Graduation with 1 yr. PG Diploma in Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or BCA/ B.Sc IT/ B.Sc CS or BE or B.Tech in relevant stream or 'A' level from DOEACC after Graduation or Successful completion of 1st yr./ first 2 semesters of corresponding programme from a recognised University or equivalent

* Generally, to pursue MCA :
- One needs to pass BCA, BBA or B.Tech with more than 60 % .
- Students who have finished their graduation in Science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2.
- There is no age limit.
Aspirants need to write an entrance exam to get admission into the MCA course.

Hi,
Please remember both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
As per your query it seems that you have not done graduation, so you are not eligible for admission in MBA program.
However you may surely pursue diploma in management course, but if you wish to pursue MBA only in that case I would suggest you to first complete your graduation through distance education and once done you may then opt for distance MBA program.
As you have not done 12th as well so in that case you may opt for BPP program from IGNOU and then opt for a graduate degree.

In short I will say to go for Regular course as correspondence courses has no much value in Indian MNcs what i mean to say is they do not prefer candidate of correspondence course background.
