Sanket, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is re

Hi Abhi,
It would be good if you stick to computer application as you have the perfect background for it. It totally depends upon your taste of interest.
Master in Computer Application (MCA) :
Students who have completed their BCA or graduates in any stream with mathematics as a subject at the +2 level are eligible for this course.
For admission to a MCA program, students have to go through an entrance exam.
This course offers very good opportunities for the graduates who wish to pursue a career in software.
Career prospects after completing MCA:

As many of the reputed firms offers more opportunities for student having a regular degree.

I strongly suggest, not to go as per anyone's suggestion for the MCA coaching institute, rather choose the institute, where you are comfortable in understanding the logics and are likely to get all required infrastructure support.
Point is, there are many institutes with different facilities and methodologies, but same is not liked by each and everyone. For competitive exams preparation, the very first point to ensure is your mind is relaxed and able to concentrate without worrying about pending support parameters.

MCA, surely has an scope in Indian Market. Only factor is that in IT things are changing by day. Hence you need to be thoroughly updated with latest technologies and also the courses. All IT companies / other companies' operations dept etc require MCA / IT graduates. Alternatively, one can also start business on Computer pheripherals / networking.
