To apply for BE or B.Tech programme you need to visit they official website of they mea engineering college kerala than you need to fill they application form with fee with documents required and make saure you are eligible or meet they desired criteria to enter into be or B.Tech programme of mea college
eligibility criteria should have passed 10th and 12th with [physics and maths] as compulsory subjects and chemistry/computerscience/biology as optional subjects

The application process for MEA ENGINEERING COLLEGE KERALA IS
Candidate can obtain the apllication form either from the college website or by visiting the college
documents required are 10th and 12th markslist entrance exam score and any document related to reservation claims
the application form fee is rs 600 which can be paid either online or by demand draft which ever you are comfortable in or they can also take the application form from the college by paying rs 600 in cash or 650 in demand draft
for B.Tech programme qualification of JEE Mains or KEAM is required than register for RELEVAND COUNSELLING
for M.Tech GATE qualification

in general category cutoff for BTECH in COMPUTER ENGINEERING generally around 20000 to 30000
for CIVIL ENGINEERING generally around 40000 to 46000
for INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 32000 TO 46000

The cutoff marks varries every year on the basis of seat availability and the course you want to do. If you really want to get admission in mea then kmea score must be under 20000 ranking for 100% sure admission and more ranking entirely on department you choose

Yes, You can get a direct admission, but only if you are applying for management or belonging to nri family Then only you can rely on it, but don't rely on it for the direct admission, and should have given the entrance exam to get the admission.
