Hello Mihir
CPL is 10+2 (Physics & Maths) or any equivalent degree. Hence, if your Diploma stands equivalent to class 12th with PCM, then you may proceed. Although, I shall advise you to read the DGCA CAR for CPL issue before going ahead and finalizing anything. All the best.

Yes, almost every NIT offers courses at undergraduate level in mechanical engineering branch. The admissions to various NIT's are based on the rank scored in JEE Mains examination that will be declared by NTA. Best wishes to you.

As per the previous years of trends your GATE score is not enough for admission in M.Tech Thermal engineering in NITs. However you may participate in National Spot Round (Conducted after Internal Sliding by CCMT for more confirmation. Similarly for IITs you needs to score above 725 in GATE.

1. NIT Sikkim
2. NIT Manipur
3. NIT Mizoram
4. NIT Arunachal Pradesh
5. NIT Srinagar
6. NIT Puducherry
7. NIT Nagaland

There is no restriction as to how many students can appear for this entrance exam for selecting candidates for admission directly into the third semester of 8-semester engineering courses. You indeed have scored quite well in your Diploma exam and with this, I am sure you will be able to score quite well in DTU LEET exam also and make sure that you get the desired branch. To help you, I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about eligibility and all other related aspects of this exam. https://www.shiksha.com/university/dtu-Delhi-technological-university-dce/dtu-leet-exam Best wishes to you.

Both branches are good. In both of the branches you have more chances to get jobs in core fields, you have more chances to get jobs in government sector as well as private sector. Both are opposite branches. Mostly this depends on your interest you can choose either EEE or mech.
