M.Sc. Clinical microbiology is better than post graduation Diploma in medical laboratory technology but in first one, you may get job sooner or later but with more scope for good package and promotion but in the 2nd one, you will get job quickly but with small package and less promotion aspects. First one will land you really in different cosmos as compared with 2nd one, 1st one is worth to try. Finally, you have to decide and choose.
All the very best.

Hi Faisal!
The University has not given any information about the admission process and eligibility criteria for the course on its website or elsewhere. I would suggest you to rather contact the university directly for a better guidance. Also, you can download the brochure of the University from here for more details https://www.shiksha.com/science/course/m-sc-biotechnology-jamia-hamdard-university-hamdard-nagar-delhi-188615

You may continue your M.Sc in pathology. Nowadays, every college offers a job for Masters lab technicians with a good salary as they are treated good enough. Continuing your Masters in pathology opens broad areas like you may even apply for teaching in a secondary level and with an experience of 1-2 year you may apply in some colleges.
